On Tuesday 1st August 2017, Beverley Racecourse will be raising money for ANTRUK in the Bark de Triomphe, as part of their Roll Up Roll Up race day.

This circus-themed day is sure to be great fun for the all the family, with circus skills workshops, funfair rides, and horse-racing. You can look forward to a variety of incredible circus workshops, where you can learn how to unicycle, juggle, and hula.

The highlight of the day will be the “Bark de Triomphe” – held in aid of ANTRUK – which is certain to be an electrifying race between twelve dogs owned by jockeys and horse owners. Bets will be taken by course bookies with all the proceeds going towards the work we do at ANTRUK.

The course offers a friendly atmosphere and luxurious facilities. You can sip champagne in the course’s Premier Enclosure, treat yourself to a buffet lunch in a private suite, or enjoy a picnic right in the heart of the racing action. Whether you’re an enthusiast or simply looking for a fun day out, Beverley Racecourse’s Roll Up Roll Up race day is guaranteed to be fantastic day.

Collections will be made throughout the day, all of which will go directly to Antibiotic Research UK. Funds raised from the Bark de Triomphe and from collections will help support our ongoing research efforts and will accelerate progress in the fight against antibiotic resistance.

It’s not long now before 1st August, so keep this event in your diary. Hope to see you there!
