We are delighted that ten runners from the local accountancy partnership JWPCreers will be running the York 10K on August 7 for Antibiotic Research UK. ANTRUK is JWPCreers 2016 charity of the year and a number of events have already taken place in which the charity participated. Sue Espiner of JWPCreers said ‘we are delighted to be running for such a great cause. Without functioning antibiotics, all modern surgery such as for cancer or heart disease becomes much more risky. We are working with ANTRUK in many ways to ensure they become successful’. Professor Garner, the charity’s Chief Executive, thanks all those who are running and asks as many people as possible sponsor them by going to their JustGiving page. JWP Creers are responsible for auditing ANTRUK’s accounts have given a substantial amount of their time pro bono.
