Alice Moorey and Joe Ford competed and completed on Sunday 1 May 2016 the Birmingham 10K to raise money for Antibiotic Research UK. It was a really great effort. Alice writes ‘
The race is done!! With a lot of strapping and some ibuprofen I managed a personal best of 64 minutes 13 seconds and Joe managed an excellent 52 minutes. We had a lot of fun!! It was a wonderful atmosphere and we got lots of support from spectators – Birmingham always seems a friendly city to me. Our current fund raising effort stands at £450 but there’s more to come!’ Thank you Alice and Joe. The money you raised will help us in or mission to fight antibiotic resistance.
