I regularly take warfarin (anticoagulant) as I am at risk of blood clots. Is it safe for me to have the COVID-19 vaccine whilst on warfarin?

According to Public Health England’s Immunisation Against Infectious Disease (The Green book) the COVID-19 vaccine can be given to patients on warfarin who are up-to-date with their scheduled INR testing and whose latest INR is within range.
